I found this video extremely interesting and thought provoking.  It forced me to rethink how teachers might organize their classroom to encourage positive participation. 
I was curious of other parent's thoughts........
What do you think might be the pros and cons of a system like this??

I loved that presentation! 

I see LOTS of pros! I really liked the positive nature of grades, rather than punitive; the continuation of learning outside of the classroom; the collaborative opportunities between the students; and the ACTIVE learning that was encouraged and rewarded!

Hmmm, I feel like MANY of these things are already happening at WOIS! Cool!
